        BELT COLOURS - maroon, old gold and black


        The regimental pattern stablebelt. The fittings are all of dark brown leather, except for the prongs of the buckles, the attaching loop and the adjustable loop which are of white metal. The webbing is of crimson (top), medium yellow (centre) and black (bottom). It is worn in shirt sleeve order with the buckles fastened on the left side of the wearer with the points of the strap facing to the rear.
